How does this work?
- Below you'll select the number of stay interviews you are purchasing. Pricing is $199* each for up to 3 interviews, and $179* each for 4 or 5 interviews. Have more than 5? Click here to schedule time to discuss.
- Once you pay for your order, you'll have the option of providing details for each interview now or later.
- Once you provide details, you'll receive suggested language to share with your interviewee(s) to explain the purpose and value of the feedback they provide. This helps improve completion rates.
- CRS contacts each individual up to 7 times via phone, text and email to schedule and conduct an in-depth stay interview.
- CRS sends you a detailed report for each interview completed (and an update if we aren't able to reach someone).
*If we are unable to complete the interview, we will refund half of the purchase price within 30 days of our final attempt to reach them.
