Ryan Corso

Owner, President

Ryan Corso, with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of Human Resources, Information Systems, and business leadership, is passionate about helping organizations turn employee data into meaningful business results. After building a career leading teams and driving strategic initiatives, he purchased this business because of his belief that great organizations are built by listening to their people. Employee surveys are more than just data collection—they provide valuable insights that help leaders strengthen culture, improve engagement, develop talent, and make informed decisions that support long-term success.

Ryan holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resources and Information Systems, along with an MBA from Shippensburg University, giving him a unique blend of people expertise, business strategy, and analytical thinking. Throughout his career, Ryan has partnered with leaders to solve complex organizational challenges by combining data-driven insights with practical solutions. Ryan resides in Lancaster, PA along with his wife, Lauren, and two daughters.

Owner, Vice President

Lauren Corso (Vice President), has 20 years of building relationships both in the U.S. and abroad. With a background in community research and organizational development, she has a passion for helping organizations and communities thrive. As Vice President and Owner of CRS, she is the first point of contact for new clients.

Lauren holds a Bachelors degree in Communications from Elizabethtown College and a Masters in Social Work from Millersville University. Because of her educational background, Lauren is passionate about community outreach and finding solutions using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.

Lauren lives with her husband Ryan, and their two daughters in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She has served on nonprofit boards for organizations that help communities thrive both here and abroad.

Christin Smith Myers

Christin Smith Myers

Chief Operating Officer

Christin has been in consulting for over 20 years, supporting leaders in a variety of companies and industries as a fresh set of eyes and ears. She first joined CRS in 2005 and was instrumental in building the restaurant industry’s leading exit interview program over six years. Having returned in 2015, she now serves as Chief Operating Officer, leading a growing team, building new surveys to help clients maximize employee engagement and retention, and expanding the reach of the organization into new industries.

In addition to helping leaders listen to, learn from and respond to employee feedback, Christin is also passionate about inspiring individuals and organizations to make the small changes that make a big difference, with an emphasis on positivity and productivity. Christin recently served as President at the Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association, where she has also volunteered as Programs Chair and Professional Development Board Member. She has also held leadership roles in her local Toastmasters chapter and Sisters U, and her family is active in their community in Boyertown, PA.

Mary earned her Associate of Applied Science degree from Paul Smith’s College and her Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, studying Hospitality Management. She started her career as a restaurant manager in Columbus, OH. Mary worked her way up to the Regional Manager position with The Cooker Restaurant Corporation, responsible for the Mid-Atlantic region. She then became Managing Partner of Sweetwater Tavern, Centreville, VA. Mary has been with CRS since September 2013.

Joe McDonald

Interview Leader

Joe received his Bachelor’s degree in English Lit/Creative Writing from West Chester University. He was the recipient of the John Feely Hopkins award and graduated as the top Creative Writing student in 2007. After college he went to The Devereux Foundation and worked as an HR Assistant, eventually being promoted to Recruitment Specialist. He worked as a Recruiter for 3 years. Joe has been with CRS since August 2012.

Iulia has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resources. While going to school, she held several jobs in the restaurant and food service industries. Upon graduation, she moved to the United States from Romania and worked in Human Resources for a small restaurant company. Iulia has been with CRS since November 2013.

Jeff received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Villanova University. Jeff worked at Drexel Technical for 15 years, first as a Recruiter, eventually being promoted to the Director of Recruitment. Jeff has 16 total years of staffing & recruiting experience, as well as 10 years of HR, market research and sales experience. Jeff has been with CRS since October 2012.

Morreen gained her expertise working in a variety of leadership roles in the hospitality industry for companies like Houlihan’s, Red Lobster, and Boston Market. Fueled by a desire to have a broader impact in key areas of employee retention and engagement, Morreen started Creative Restaurant Solutions, Inc. in 1997 and then added Combined Resource Solutions, Inc. (CRS) in 2008.

Morreen is currently Board Chair at Montgomery School in Chester Springs, PA and Trustee/Board Member for the Michael B. Rukin Charitable Foundation. Morreen earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from University of New Hampshire and also holds a Master’s in Education with a focus on Instructional Design from Pennsylvania State University. An advocate for giving back, she has been consistently recognized as a top fundraiser for Alex’s Lemonade Stand, American Cancer Society, and National MS Society. Since 2010, Morreen has been a member of the University of New Hampshire Hospitality Management’s Board of Advisors. The Philadelphia Business Journal recognized Morreen as one of the 2007 Women of Distinction, and Governor Rendell awarded Morreen as one of the Top Women in Business for Pennsylvania in 2009. CRS has been recognized as a Philly 100 Top Business for three consecutive years starting in 2016. Additionally, Morreen co-authored Dream, Inc. – Million Dollar Business Strategies from 32 Successful Philadelphia-area Entrepreneurs. Morreen lives in Downingtown, PA with her daughter Sydnie.
