CRS has been in the online survey business for over 20 years! A 360-degree survey gathers feedback on Leader competency from several different sources, typically from Supervisors, Peers, Direct Reports, as well as a self-assessment. 360 surveys provide Leaders and their Supervisors with key insights into strengths and opportunities to create an action plan for the next steps on their leadership journey.
We offer two distinct Leadership 360 assessments designed to meet leaders where they are:
- Executive/C-Suite Level – Focused on strategic vision, enterprise leadership, and driving organizational transformation.
- Director/Manager Level – Centered on team leadership, operational excellence, and people development.
Each version includes competencies aligned to the unique demands of the role—ensuring feedback is relevant, actionable, and growth-focused.
How does this work?
- Below you'll select the number of 360 Surveys you are purchasing. Pricing is $1445 each for up to 3 360 Surveys, and $1355 each for 4 or 5 360 Surveys. Need more than 5 360 Surveys? Click here to schedule time to discuss.
- Once you pay for your order, you'll have the option of providing details for each survey now or later.
- Once you provide details, you'll receive FAQ sheets to share with your participant(s) and assessors to provide instructions and explain the purpose and value of the feedback they provide. This helps improve completion rates and quality of data collected. You will also receive a spreadsheet to collect assessor information.
- Within 2 business days of receiving the completed spreadsheet, CRS will send personalized email invitations to each participant and assessor. 360 Surveys are typically open 7-10 days; CRS will send up to 3 reminders and will keep in touch with you regarding participation rates.
- Within 5 business days of the mutually agreed upon survey conclusion, CRS will send a detailed report for each 360 Survey. Each survey also includes a 60-minute coaching conversation to review results with CRS President/Founder Morreen Rukin, an iPEC Certified Professional Coach.
- If 3 or more surveys are conducted simultaneously, you may choose to purchase a comparison report to identify the strengths and opportunities amongst the team. The cost for this report and the corresponding call to review with Morreen Rukin is $515.
